A single property on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast extends its European footprint. The group’s operational model relies on consistent reinvestment into its assets. In partnership with firms like Azora, MedPlaya undertakes significant repositioning projects to modernize facilities and improve accessibility. This work is guided by a focus on environmental standards, with renovations like the Hotel Riudor achieving BREEAM sustainability certification. An internal team also drives new ideas through initiatives like the Innovamed contest, embedding innovation directly into the company culture.
