A vertically integrated luxury resort, gaming, and meeting destination located on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. The 67-story tower extends the Fontainebleau brand’s 70-year history, opening in December 2023 after a protracted development. Its design incorporates subtle "bow tie" motifs – a tribute to Morris Lapidus, the architect of its Miami Beach sister property. The resort contains 3,644 rooms and suites, a 150,000-square-foot casino, and more than 36 food and beverage outlets, including Don's Prime, Motherwolf, and Komodo. Beyond gaming and dining, the property features a 55,000-square-foot Lapis Spa & Wellness center with 44 treatment rooms and a six-acre Oasis Pool district. Entertainment includes LIV Las Vegas and LIV Beach, complementing the resort’s 550,000 square feet of convention space and two-story luxury retail district. The entire complex is designed as a comprehensive destination that combines hospitality, wellness, and entertainment.
