Cees Cornelis

Cees Cornelis is a travel blogger and the co-founder of Our Vie Adventures, a platform he shares with his wife, Madison. Since 2016, the couple has embraced a full-time nomadic lifestyle, exploring and documenting their journey across all U.S. National Parks. Their adventures are based from "Vie," a renovated 1989 Toyota motorhome that serves as their home on the road. This extensive project launched to coincide with the National Park Service's 100th anniversary, aiming to showcase the diverse natural beauty of the United States and encourage deeper connection to its landscapes. With a B.S. in Geology, Cornelis brings a deep understanding and appreciation for natural landscapes to his travels. His adventures frequently incorporate a range of outdoor activities, including climbing, mountain biking, highlining, and snowshoeing. Through Our Vie Adventures, he advocates for the protection of public lands and shares practical insights into sustainable living on the road. His approach to travel has been recognized within the outdoor community, with features in publications such as ROVA Magazine and Tiny House, Tiny Footprint. Cornelis’s work documents his experiences and discoveries, now shared with an expanding audience that includes his adventure cat, Vladimir, and son, Theo.
