Lake Como Convention Bureau

A network of local tourism and meeting industry operators dedicated to positioning Lake Como as a destination for international MICE events. The Lake Como Convention Bureau functions as a central point of contact, integrating the region’s offerings to streamline planning for conferences, incentive trips, and exhibitions. The bureau provides complimentary assistance in sourcing suitable venues, hotels, and suppliers for national and international clients. Its team coordinates a wide range of logistics – from transportation and catering to entertainment and cultural excursions – and partners with DMCs to design custom team-building programs. To showcase the area's potential, the bureau also organizes site inspections for event planners. Located 35 minutes from Milan Malpensa International Airport, the region offers 14 venues with capacities for 10 to 1,500 guests and access to 1,400 hotel rooms. The bureau leverages these assets to support events year-round, building itineraries around everything from summer water sports to autumn vineyard tours and seaplane flights.
